The Crown Jewels of the Imperium, also known as the Crown Jewels of Caphiria, are the royal ceremonial objects which include the regalia and vestments worn by Imperators at their coronations. The Crown Jewels also include various elaborate crowns, tiaras, numerous aigrettes, bejeweled swords and shields, a number of unset precious gems, numerous plates and other dining services cast in precious metals and encrusted with gems, and several other more unusual items.
The Crown Jewels are categorized into three primary types -
- Imperial jewels, which are the personal property of the State (and by extension the Imperator upon his coronation) and typically used in official ceremonies;
- Private jewels, which are the everyday jewelry of members of the royal family;
- the National Treasure, which is among the largest and most expensive collections of gemstones, ornaments, necklaces and pendants, belts and buckles, earrings, armbands, bangles and bracelets, anklets, cufflinks and buttons, watch chains, and rings, toe rings, and nose rings that have been bought, gifted, stolen, or taken by the Imperium throughout history.
