The Direct Democratic Front (Kiravic: Asdivólúârcax Ventrét) is a caucus in the Kiravian Stanora united around a platform of radical reform in areas such as the political process, internet and information policy, taxation, government ethics, and federalism. The DDF is the institutional expression of several related political and social movements inspired by the Kiravian Virtual Revolution, with positive views about the use of information technology to improve society and governance.

Platform

The DDF explicitly rejects pirate politics and considers intellectual property rights essential to an advanced capitalist economy and strongly supported by Shaftonist perspectives on natural rights, property, and authorship. The short lived Copyleft Party of Devalömica applied for consultative status with the DDF in 21201 and was denied.

Voter Base

Supporters of DDF parties occupy the most digitised segment of Kiravia's wide digital divide. The Electronic Liberty Party of Cascada, a DDF affiliate, reported that 100% of its members owned a personal computer (as opposed to 96% of the state's population), 100% owned a cellular phone (versus 76% of Cascadans), 60% owned a smartphone (versus 42% of Cascadans), and _____. DDF affiliates perform best in wealthy, urbanised states with major high-tech industry centres and widespread access to information technology, such as Xirya, Cascada, Niyasca, Kishynska, Iscova, and Despretina. The majority of DDF voters are under the age of 35, and the cadre is frequently referred to as a youth party.
