Tår Bringär

'Tår Bringär' is the by population the largest city in Vithinja and the cultural center of the Ruth-Gvär. It is located in the southern parts of Vithinja Major in the län known as Transmarianlän.

While it has only been the administrative capital for short periods of Vithinjas history, Tår Bringär is the buerocratic and economic center of Vithinja.
