Usage

This template can use two parameters.

1. Required: the section header that is being linked to

2. Optional: alternate text to display for the link.

It creates a link to a section in the page itself using the "#" symbol, but you only have to type the text once. Of course, typing {{IL|}} is more keystrokes than ctrl-c ctrl-v, but who cares?
