Valerian Sands is a gated residential community in the city of New Venceia, Alexandria. Located in the city's Sagittaria Beach district, the neighborhood spans 450 hectares (1,100 acres) along Alexandria's northeastern coastline. It was developed by QV Properties of Caphiria and is the most expensive neighborhood in Cartadania, with homes often selling for at least €8 million. Due to upscale nature of the Sagittaria Beach district as a whole, the area often sees a lot of tourism, both domestic and international, and Valerian Sands is often the subject and setting of media and some films.
