Situated within the framework of the Union of Sarpedonian States, the Joint Carto-Pelaxian Air-Naval Military Base in Ceylonia stands as a testament to bilateral defense collaboration between Cartadania and Pelaxia. Under the UNESARP (Union of Sarpedonian States' Armed Response Pact) agreement, this strategic installation fosters unity and strength.
The base is a dynamic hub, boasting a robust permanent personnel of 10,000. Thia workforce ensures the seamless operation of the naval fleet, with a maximum of 10 military vessels at any given time, including frigates and submarines, forming the UNESARP Crona Naval Group. A squadron of ten Relámpago fighter jets and 40 multipurpose helicopters comprise the air element.
Rooted in cooperative defense, this base extends Pelaxia's commitment to regional stability and international collaboration. It serves as a symbol of the enduring partnership between nations within the Union of Sarpedonian States, safeguarding shared interests and fortifying the collective security framework.
Rosariosa is the second largest Pelaxian military community overseas, housing Pelaxian Navy and Pelaxian Marine Corps personnel. There are also small Pelaxian Army and Pelaxian Air Force contingents on the base.
