The Federal Space Executive (Cape Coscivian: Restarkas Seltas Vektura) is the civilian space program of the Federacy of the Cape, responsible for aeronautics, space research, and regulating orbital activities by Capetian enterprises. It is organized as an independent executive under the Department of State for the Provinces, with an annual budget of ₴62 billion Saers.

Established in parallel with the military Office of Orbital Research (now a part of the Cape Aerospace Forces) in 1961, the RSV was formed with a purely civilian orientation, focusing on the peaceful application of space technology. The line between the Aerospace Forces and the RSV remains blurry, with the civilian agency having once been at the lead of the Cape's ballistic missile and reconnaissance satellite programs. However, since 1965, the civilian RSV has held a leading role in the Cape's space exploration efforts. Such efforts have included the launching of Crona's first satellite, first satellite to escape Earth orbit, and becoming one of the first nations in the Eastern Hemisphere to launch a person into space.

The RSV's portfolio today includes human spaceflight, the launch and operation of unmanned exploration missions to other bodies in the Solar System; space observation, and telecommunication.
