The geography of Caphiria is classified into two broad categories: Caphirium Maiorem (Greater Caphiria) and Caphirium Coloniam (Possessions of Caphiria), with the former referring to the mainland and the latter to all of the territories and possessions of the Imperium. In the geographical sense however, it refers to just the mainland.

Caphiria is located on Sarpedon and occupies over 6 million km² of land from the north-central coastline to the Sarpic heartland. At its territorial height, this extended to most of the entirety of the northern half of the continent. Caphiria shares its western border with two countries: Cartadania to its northwest and Pelaxia on its southwest. To the east Caphiria shares its northeast border with Aciria, its east-central border with Bussdaberria, and its southeastern border with Valcenia.

The total area of mainland Caphiria is 6,047,907 km² and has a total coastline of xxx,xxx km².

Climate

The Caphirian climate is extremely diverse. In most of the inland Western and central regions, the climate ranges from humid subtropical to humid continental and oceanic. In particular, the climate of the East is mostly continental, with harsh winters and hot summers. The coastal regions have mild winters and warm and generally dry summers, although lowland valleys can be quite hot in summer. Average winter temperatures vary from 0 °C (32 °F) on the Fitili Mountains to 12 °C (54 °F) in Venceia, like so the average summer temperatures range from 20 °C (68 °F) to over 30 °C (86 °F).
