Heferau-Jung-Brauerei, formally Heferau-Jung-Brauerei VEB but often simply known as Heferau-Jung or HJB, is a state-owned alcoholic beverage manufacturer in Hendalarsk, the largest of its kind in the nation. Formed out of a forced merger and nationalisation in 1928 in the economic reforms after the Hendalarskara Civil War, the company operates an array of facilities across the nation and trades in every major class of alcoholic beverages - albeit with particular specialisms in beer and in jenwer, the country's national spirit and a cultural icon. One of the largest non-government employers in the country, the company is headquartered in Schullerhausen, a major industrial city on the Zalgis that is also home to several of the firm's industrial sites and was previously home to C.G. Jung Korngetränke Brauerei GmbH, one of Heferau-Jung-Brauerei's parent companies.
