International Cellular Technologies ÁLO (Kiravic: Tuvitérax Ksélusovix Istūkrésta ÁLO «Yeksélun»), doing business as InCel, is a Kiravian open joint-stock corporation active in the consumer electronics space. InCel is best known for its cellular phones, which were enjoyed worldwide popularity during the rapid proliferation of mobile telephony in the 1990s and 2000s AD, becoming the most widely-recognised non-potable consumer brand of Kiravian origin. Although the company attempted to join the smartphone revolution in the industry by retooling its existing PDA product lines, InCel was ultimately unsuccessful in adapting to the new mobile technology ecosystem of the 2010s, mainly due to underinvestment in marketing and failure to offer competitive software features. InCel's products are still remembered fondly by consumers for their affordability and extreme durability, which remain central to the company's design philosophy.
After a period of financial difficulties, downsizing, and restructuring from 2012-2015 AD, InCel has returned to profitability under CEO L.B.W. Xabíbiv. The company now concentrates on the manufacture and sale of feature phones to emerging and frontier markets, as well as to specialised markets in developed countries, such as low-income populations, the elderly, inland Kiravians, the construction and contracting industries, and (most importantly) drug dealers. It continues to dominate the Kiravian domestic market for pagers.
