The Garde Impériale are the elite soldiers of Aciria, who are tasked with defending the Emperor and his possessions. The exact number of Imperial Guard is classified, with most of their numbers suspected to work in the military until a crisis calls for the assembly of the Imperial Guard. They are famously picked from the most promising of conscripts and trained relentlessly, sometimes even causing the deaths of new recruits who simply can't keep up with the rigorous training routine they have to go through. Typically they are seen outside of the Imperial Palace in Trosseurs, on Montvert or accompanying the Emperor's vehicles during his visits to other areas of his realm.

Aciria is a well-developed mixed economy. According to the 2018 report, 58% of the population is employed in the service industry, followed by 27% in the industrial sector and the remaining 15% in the primary sector, most of the primary sector being employed in Pâtnoir, where the widespread agricultural, mining and logging industry employ two in three Pâtnoir citizens. Despite the well-developed economy, many Aciriens live near or below the poverty line, employed by both the industrial and primary sector.

Leading Acirien industrial sectors are those specializing in pharmaceuticals, chemicals and since investments starting in the 1980s, electronics, telecommunications and information technology. A former large employer was the national airline, Air Aciria, which used to function as an aerospace manufacturer, building the planes in their own fleet while also exporting them to other nations.
The primary sector benefits off of the vast flatlands that Aciria is mainly on, allowing for widespread agriculture which characterises the Acirien countryside. The mines in the southeastern regions mine notable amounts of gold, chromium, tin and iron. In the 1980s minor oil reserves were discovered off the coast of Acirien Marines, which since then has caused rapid population growth in the southwestern region.
