The Istroyan Stadium was specially constructed in Hanzeong to host the opening and closing ceremonies as well as athletics, tug-of-war and archery events. The Imperial Swimming Baths in Hanzeong were refurbished to facilitate the swimming, artistic swimming and diving events. The fencing event was held in the famous [[Emperor's Gardens]] while the basketball, rugby, indoor volleyball, soccer, handball, tennis, table tennis, badminton, field hockey and trampoline events were held nearby in the Hanzeong Municipal Sports Complex. Taekwondo was held at Karam Dojo. Both gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics events were held in facilities provided by one of the capital's universities; University of Inwae.
 
Outside of the capital, the surfing and beach volleyball events were held at XX. Canoe events were hosted on XX, while rowing took place on XX. Men's golf was held at the [[Jamsu]] Golf Club, while women's golf was held on the same day at Yeulla Province Links. Baseball and cricket were both hosted in [[Hitui]]; baseball in Hitui Park Stadium, and cricket in Hitui Fields Stadium. Tenpin bowling was held in [[Inyang]], near the capital. The mountain biking events took place at Mount XX while the road cycling events and marathon were held on the streets of Seochuk District in [[Ankae]]. Boxing, wrestling and weightlifting took place on the main campus of Ankae's Hotenwo University. Shooting events were contested at [[Uchyeo]] Armoury.
