Ultimate executive authority belongs to a Governor-Resident, who is appointed by the Governor-General of Mid-Atrassic Crona. The Governor-Resident has wide-reaching authority to issue decrees for the district, but generally confines their activity to such matters as security, policing, the judiciary, and mosquito control.
