Kingdom of the Ipari Impaxi
2800BC-164AD Fochla Alian (Aenglisch: North Island) was a part of the Kingdom of the Ipari Impaxi from around 1800BC until the collapse of the remnant of the Kingdom was conquered in 285. The island was a minor outlying territory and was mostly focuses on subsistence farming and fishing. Taxes were paid in a form of military service. Records indicated that the island's population was required to furnish two ocean-going vessels (later Lembus) and crews for them. Due to the Levantine Hurricanes the island was largely inaccessible to all by the most adept sailors and as such the island's inhabitants were skilled sailors themselves. They fished for shark, marlin, grouper, and sea cucumbers. The lack of abundant fresh water likely capped the population, as it was never noted to be above 1000 during this time period.
Defeat of the Impaxi on Ipar
In 155AD Julian Marcilius Corvus, finally conquered Ipar and started to push the Impaxi north. In this vacuum he established the The Bergenddium. This forced more and more of the Impaxi further and further into the hinterland and up the coast. This saw an increase in the number of people on Fochla Alian, over the next 150 years the Kingdom of the Impaxi limped along trading primarily with the Istroyans.
