In the Tierradorian Woqalate, telephone numbers are directly administered by the Tribunal Office of Media. For this purpose, the Media Office established the Tierradorian Telephone Numbering Plan (TTNP) in 1941, jointly administrating the newly-created plan with TK Group and Tierrador Telecom. In the initial numbering plan, 42 distinct area codes were created for the various regions of the nation (at the time, the Tawakee Region was independent but still part of the TTNP).
The TTNP divides its number format into the Telephone Plan Area (TPA), a 3-digit area code based on a specific area of the region, then a seven-digit unique subscriber number, for a total of 10 digits. For callers in the same TPA, the area code is typically omitted, however if an individual were to call someone outside the TPA, they would have to include the area code

Area codes list
Assigned at random in 1941, but followed this pattern:
Regions/nations assigned 1 area code used format x0x (e.g. Auqali originally assigned 404 and Porlos originally assigned 407)
Regions/nations assigned multiple area codes used format x1x (e.g. Las Rozas originally assigned 216/313/712 and Ceylonia originally assigned 413/814)
Tierrador
Majority of codes besides the ones listed for Ceylonia and Porlos
Ceylonia
413/814/675/429/349/865/749/929/471/847/585 (5 slotted for future use)
Porlos
407/561/872/274/825/767/236/565 (4 for future use)
Once all the area codes have been exhausted (won’t happen until like 2100 or something), we will switch to 4-digit area codes, where an extra digit will be added to the end of the area codes (e.g. 212 will become 2120, 954 will be 9540, etc)
