For example, most teams, especially modern ones, will not need |dixienum= or |dixiechamps= as they refer to the Dixie Series which has not been contested since 1967. Most parameters left blank or omitted will not be displayed. Where two parameters are listed the preferred usage is in bold and an alternate usage is italicized.
