Displays standardized category navigation for the national sub-categories of Category:Members of the European Parliament by country, required by Wikipedia:Naming conventions (categories)#Occupation.

Usage

Most commonly used parameters in horizontal format

{{Members of the European Parliament for Foo |Nationality= |Country= }}

The parameter nocat may be used to suppress categories.

Categories

Adds three standard parent categories:

• [[Category:Legislators in Country|European Parliament]] if it exists
  • othewrise [[Category:Political office-holders in Country|European Parliament]]
• [[Category:Members of the European Parliament by country|Nationality]]
• [[Category:Country and the European Union|Parliament]]
• [[Category:Nationality expatriates in Belgium|European Parliament]]
• [[Category:Nationality expatriates in France|European Parliament]]

Example using nocat to suppress categories:

Substitution

In most cases, should not be substituted.
