Killean is the most prominent swing province in Urcea. Both [[Solidarity Party (Urcea)|Solidarity]] and the [[National Pact (Urcea)|National Pact]] are strong in Killean, and there are also a large number - about a quarter - of unaffiliated voters. Accordingly, Killean is a top target of both major parties during Procuratorial elections as well as during [[Concilium Daoni]] elections. Killean's suburbs (which make up a majority of the province) are noted as unusually prone to swinging between each party, eschewing the normal trend of suburbs towards the National Pact.
