Killean is a province of Urcea. It is located in the center of Urcea in the Valley region.

Killean is the most prominent swing province in Urcea. Both Solidarity and the National Pact are strong in Killean, and there are also a large number - about a quarter - of unaffiliated voters. Accordingly, Killean is a top target of both major parties during Procuratorial elections as well as during Conshilía Daoni elections. Killean's suburbs (which make up a majority of the province) are noted as unusually prone to swinging between each party, eschewing the normal trend of suburbs towards the National Pact. In the 2025 Urcean elections, the Pact won 11 of the province's Daoni seats, and Solidarity won 7. However, in the 2030 procuratorial election, Solidarity incumbent Livio Iarnán defeated Conner Scipio Salderio 51% to 49%. On a provincial level, the two houses of the legislature are often split, with Solidarity typically controlling the Assembly and the Pact generally controlling the Senate.
