New Asiland is a region located in South Crona. It is bordered to the southwest by Kuronia and New Archduchy, and to the southeast by Paulastra. New Asiland features a diverse population of 89 million people, mainly situated along the region's Odoneru coastline.

New Asiland was a peripheral region of the North Songun civilization, and later a core part of the Matokté Tashnacate. After it collapsed, the region was left into many different indigenous Cronans living in separate tribes. With the onset of colonization from Caphiria and Kiravia around the region, New Asiland saw an increase in the population of Latins from Kuronia in the southeast, Coscivians from Kiravia and Paulastra on the eastern and northern mountains, and Urcea on the eastern coast. New Asiland's population historically benefitted greatly from trade of Kiravian and Caphirian-made goods.

Geography

New Asiland is located on the northern portions of the North Songun peninsula, sandwiched between Kuronia and Paulastra. The region is mostly flat, with the Northumbraeland Mountains running through the northern reaches. The McCallan and Aileach Rivers create suitable lands for agriculture in the west, while the mountainous north is abundant in natural resources along with various minerals and ores. New Asiland's population of 89 million inhabitants are evenly-spread throughout the region.

New Asiland is split into two climate zones, with the north having a subtropical dry summer climate and the south featuring a tropical wet-and-dry climate. Tropical rainforests coat the southern half of the region, which gives New Asiland an abundant pool of timber resources. The region receives a decent amount of rainfall yearly, mostly in the cooler months and in the southern wet-and-dry areas.
