The International Reconnaissance Agency - International Operations Service (IRA-IOS) is the primary foreign intelligence service of the Kiravian Federacy, responsible for collection and analysis of information relevant to Kiravian national security and strategic interests, and the conduct of covert operations outside Kiravian jurisdiction.
