The BORA Waste to Energy Compact is a comprehensive waste management and energy generation program agreed upon in [[2027]] and initialed in [[2028]] which aims to reduce the waste disposal challenges faced by the islands of [[BORA]]. The program involves national and Royal investment in waste to energy plants in all overseas territories to deal with their waste without having to ship it overseas to landfills in [[Levantia]] to sell the waste to underdeveloped nations, to increase organic power generation, and generate more jobs, all endemic concerns of the islands in their collective strategic planning.
