Chef Chev is a Yonderian restaurant chain specialising in baked goods, more specifically pies and Yonderian pastries, but also dessert wines, ales, sausages and cheese. Chef Chev operates more than 600 restaurants throughout Kiravia, Levantia and Sarpedon, most prominently in its native Yonderre. Chef Chev restaurants generally presents themselves as a mixture of coffee house and wine bar, although the more up-market locations known as "Chez Chef Chev" are branded as more traditional restaurants.

A more up-market version of Chef Chev, known as "Chez Chef Chev", exists in several high profile neighbourhoods around Kiravia, Levantia and Sarpedon, the first opening in Collinebourg in 1952. The largest Chez Chef Chev opened in 1965 on Komeon Boulevard, Gabion, seating 225 guests on three floors.
