Tashidaypa, officially the Most Serene Republic of Tashidaypa, is a country located in northeast country in Alshar, bordered by Kloistan and Oyashima. Spanning over 21 million people, thirteen prefectures, and over a dozen of individual cultural, linguistic, and religious groups, Tashidaypa remains a vastly diverse nation. It is a theocratic democratic republic based in broader Tashidaypan Buddhism, with political participation fundamentally intertwined with religious practice. While the House of the Masses, the lower legislative house, is only nominally 'influenced' by religion, the House of Monks, the upper legislative house, is directly made up of the nations religious clergy, and functions directly upon religious lines.
Tashidaypa is a member of the League of Nations.
