Breakfast menu

Coria Clux's breakfast menu is primarily focused on sit-down pancake offerings with four types of fried chicken breakfast sandwiches available for drive through and one specialty item known as the Clux Rex.

Drive through menu

The Clux Rex is a pancake made in such a way that small, popcorn-chicken like nuggets are embedded within the batter when the pancake is made. The Clux Rex is then tightly wrapped and sealed together by means of a proprietary "dry syrup" product, which replicates the taste and feeling of maple syrup while keeping the Clux Rex tightly wrapped. Introduced in 1987, the Clux Rex is Coria Clux's most popular drive through breakfast item. Seasonal varieties of the Clux Rex are also offered, with strawberry flavor included within the pancake itself during the spring and the Nog Rex offered in December, with strong hints of eggnog flavoring included within the pancake.

Four other sandwiches are also on the breakfast drive through menu; a plain fried chicken sandwich on a biscuit; a fried chicken sandwich with a round egg on a biscuit; a chicken and egg sandwich with the "dry syrup" product included, and a fried chicken sandwich on a small pancake-like bun with dry syrup included.
