Impleta musa, also known as a stuffed banana or banana boat, is a Caphirian ice cream banana dessert consisting of bananas, scoops of ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and maraschino cherries. Dozens of variations exist, however the traditional recipe involves a lengthwise split banana, two scoops of ice cream at each end and a spoon of whipped cream in between with maraschino cherry on top, with one end covered with chopped mixed nuts and another with chopped mixed fruits.
