Overseas Regions

The Overseas Regions (Kiravic: Serifarax Rymnivera) is the theme to which all provinces of the Kiravian Federacy and Collectivity outside of the Federation, South Kirav, Sarolasta, Sydona, and the Melian Isles are assigned for constitutional, electoral, and and policy extension purposes.

The Teal Ensign, sometimes defaced with the Salmon of Knowledge, is quasi-officially used to represent the Overseas Regions

The Overseas Regions do not have any thematic institutions. Migration, customs, taxation, currency, and other federal policies are set for the Overseas Regions on a province-by-province basis.

In common parlance, Serifarakuv ("the Overseas") can refer either to the Overseas Regions as legally defined, or to all Kiravian overseas lands, including those belonging to other themes.
