Certi Resorts is an international luxury hotel and resort company based in Venceia, Caphiria. The company currently operates 40 hotels and 12 resorts worldwide, in addition to 6 luxury trains, 8 ships, and 14 restaurants. The company was founded in 1971 by entrepreneur Costavio Certi after purchasing Hotel Bonn, a prominent hotel in Sethsport, Faneria that was bombed in 1956. After hiring Caphirian architect Pietrio Cardonna to fully rebuild the hotel, it held its grand opening in June 1975. Among the renovations included a 600-meter Olympic-sized swimming pool, as well as rooms decorated with Burgoignesc furnishings, including Muimenoco glass chandeliers, Chaukhiroise fabrics and Vilauristre artworks. The hotel achieved instant acclaim and Certi purchased several historical buildings throughout Levantia, catering to business travelers and wealthy Caphirians. By 1990, Certi Resorts owned and operated 12 hotels and properties across Levantia and Sarpedon. In 1994, the Petalstone Group acquired a minority stake in the company and by 2006 it was the majority owner of Certi Resorts.

Today, Certi Resorts is still majority-owned by the Petalstone Group through its unlisted company Petalstone Certi, which owns 60%. The company has expanded into operating a line of luxury trains - itineraries include 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7-night journeys that run through scenic locations worldwide. Certi Resorts further expanded its operations and owns several luxury restaurants, most of which are attached to one of their hotels but it operates a few standalone resteraunts throughout Sarpedon.
