The Urcean Conference of Catholic Bishops (UCCB) is the episcopal conference of the Catholic Church in Urcea. Founded in 1966 as the joint National Conference of Catholic Bishops (NCCB) and Archduchy of Urceopolis Synod (AUS), it is composed of all active and retired members of the Catholic hierarchy (i.e., diocesan, coadjutor, and auxiliary bishops) in Urcea, Lariana, and New Harren, as well as in Urcea's overseas possessions. The Conference does not include the Diocese of Urceopolis nor the suburbicarian bishops within the boundaries of the Papal State.

Given the cultural significance of Catholicism in Urcea and the history of its relationship with the Apostolic King of Urcea, the UCCB has wide-reaching formal and informal powers within Urcean society and within the Government of Urcea. Within the Government of Urcea itself, the UCCB is responsible for narrowing down the candidates for the office of Censor. Besides its formal powers, it serves in a consultation role to the Apostolic King, the Procurator, and it actively lobbies the Concilium Daoni using the Ministry for the Church in Urcea as an intermediary.
