The topology of the region is flatter near the coastline, with a peninsula called Cairnlan adjacent to Kiravian Scapa. Inland, the province winds into the western Deamhainn Mountains. The eastern border with [[Haibnelann]] is demarcated by the [[Reothadt River]], and the Cairnlan Peninsula contains the much smaller [[Feannaig River]] watershed. The [[Cheangail River]] previously ran between Cost Tàirne and Haibnelann, but was dammed in the 1920s and now only runs seasonally as part of a program to counter excessive topsoil stripping in the area. | |||
