The Flying Somua (Burgoignesc: Somua de l'air, Gothic: Fliegende Somua) is a popular cocktail in Yonderre. It was invented in the 1970s by a bartender in Collinebourg's Nouvelle-Estia neighbourhood. By the mid-80s the Flying Somua had become a mainstay of cocktail menus in many Yonderian bars. It initially became popular with pilots of a nearby airbase and soon spread to Collinebourg in general. The cocktail's namesake is the AMS-72 combat helicopter, and was named as such to encourage business from a nearby Yonderian Airforce base operating combat helicopters.

The Flying Somua is made by first filling a cocktail glass with ice and water to chill the glass. Next, all the ingredients are added together in a shaker with ice and shaked together. Finally, the ice is poured out of the cocktail glass and the drink is strained into the glass.
