Moloka is a small company town in Naifen county, Cao. Founded in 2001 by Banya Sēora SAK, a Kiravian powdered milk company, Moloka is populated exclusively by the employees of the nearby industrial plant and named after its flagship product of Moloko powdered milk. Moloka was incorporated as a municipality in 2005. Most of the workers are ethnic Rusani Muslims brought over from Rusana.
