The Overseas Regions (Kiravic: Serifara Rymnivera) is the theme to which all provinces of the Kiravian Federacy and Collectivity outside of the Federation, South Kirav, Sarolasta, Sydona, and the Melian Isles are assigned for constitutional, electoral, and and policy extension purposes.

The Teal Ensign is quasi-officially used to represent the Overseas Regions

The Overseas Regions do not have any thematic institutions. Migration, customs, taxation, currency, and other federal policies are set for the Overseas Regions on a province-by-province basis.
