Cagliasi, officially the City of Cagliasi (Cartadanian: Cagliasi de Mirada; Latin: Urbs Casalis), is a major city in the State of Tanoa in Cartadania, the anchor of Greater Cagliasi. With a 2024 census population of 667,934, Cagliasi is the most populous city in Tanoa and one of the most densely populated major cities in the nation. It is the seat of Athena County, situated along the county's coastline at the southern Attalus Bay.

The city is served by Athena County Schools, which is the largest school district in the state. It enrolls 273,196 in its 261 schools. The district spends approximately €21,290 per student, the highest of any large district in the state, and one of the highest in the country. The county allocated approximately forty percent of its revenue to education in 2024, accounting for sixty percent of the district's funding, with the remaining forty percent coming from a mix of state and federal funding.
