Cartadanian passport (Cartadanian: Passaporte Cartadaniana) are issued to citizens of Cartadania for the purpose of international travel. A Cartadanian passport is, besides the Cartadanian ID card and/or state ID, the only other officially recognised document that Cartadanian authorities will routinely accept as proof of identity from Cartadanian citizens. Besides serving as proof of identity and presumption of Cartadanian nationality, they facilitate the process of securing assistance from Cartadanian consular officials abroad. Cartadanian passports are valid for ten years (for people over the age of 18), five years (for people between the ages of 5 and 18), or one year (for children from birth to five years). Every Cartadanian citizen is also a citizen of the Union of Sarpedonian States. The passport, along with the national identity card, allows for free rights of movement and residence in either of the states of the union and Ceylonia.
