Haruka Kang (1965-2018) was a Metzettan politician, diplomat, and Provost-General of the League of Nations for 2003. He was a high-ranking member of the Haruka Clan and one of only two Metzettans to head the League of Nations.
Early Life
Born in Galko, where he stayed for the first 21 years of his life, Haruka Kang was a member of the Haruka Clan, guaranteeing his access to excellent education from an early age. He attended Galko University, one of the nation's finest learning institutions, to study politics.
Career
Soon after graduating, Haruka began work in the Metzettan Ministry of Diplomacy. He was chosen to become the country's representative in the League of Nations, and in 2003 was elected Provost-General. He remained the country's representative there until 2008, being replaced by future fellow Provost-General, Unmyeong Jin. After returning to Metzetta in 2009 he took over running Metzetta's Internal Auditing and Inspection Agency, part of the Metzettan Ministry of The Empire, having sought a change of pace and being considered a fair and neutral citizen. He stayed in this job until dying of a heart attack in 2018.

Kang fathered 3 children with his wife Apsu Chyun; Haruka Kim (born 1991), Haruka San (born 1993) and Haruka Misun (born 1995).
