The Pan-Kiravian Conference of Craft Unions (Kiravic: Altakiraviax Thríormor Krāstaþūráya) is a national trade union center organising and serving labour unions and craft guilds in the Kiravian Federacy and select Kiravian dependencies. The PKCCU evolved from a series of ad hoc predecessor meetings of labour unions convened to address specific issues, and was a major force in the Kiravian labour movement from its early phases up to the Kirosocialist takeover. Primarily serving craft unions, the PKCCU has had a complex and often antagonistic relationship with the Pan-Kiravian Congress of Trade Unions, which adheres strongly to industrial unionism. Unlike the PKCTU, which has traditionally embraced a revolutionary political programme and close institutional ties with the Kirosocialist Party and its successors; the PKCCU has embodied a more reformist and nonpartisan ethos, though in recent years it has grown close to the Kiravian Labour Party. Under the rule of the Kiravian Union, the PKCCU was outlawed in Great Kirav and its members forcibly inducted into the PKCTU, which became the sole legal trade union centre. Affiliated locals in Æonara and the Free Overseas reconstituted the PKCCU in exile, and rose to prominence during the Æonaran construction boom.

Today, the PKCCU represents an eclectic and colourful assortment of unions, many of which have disaffiliated or been excluded from larger confederations like the PKCTU, IUPAC, and CCTU. Most PKCCU members work in skilled trades, and unions representing skilled workers with divergent interests from others in their industry are the mainstay of the modern PKCCU. The PKCCU also appeals to workers under nontraditional employment models, and is emerging as a prominent advocate for workers in the gig economy, platform economy, and informal sector. Unlike the PKCTU, IUPAC, and CCTU, the PKCCU admits unions that limit their membership to a particular ethno-linguistic group, caste, or tribe, as is the case with many local and regional guilds in rural and inland Kirav.
