Santa Rosa County is a county in the Commonwealth of Verona. It is the state's smallest county, with an area of just over 1,052.4 square kilometres (406.3 sq mi), but also one of its most densely populated, with 990 inhabitants per square kilometre (2,600/sq mi). As of 2030, the county is the wealthiest in Verona as well as in Cartadania, with the median income for a household in the county being $109,214, and the median income for a family was $150,821. It hosts the second-most millionaires per capita of any county in the country, second only to New Venceia. In particular, the community of Saint Brittany in Rosslyn's Fairhill borough is the most expensive planned community in the state, with houses routinely selling for €5 million and above.

As of the 2030 census, the county's population sits at 1,041,299, making it the twentieth-most populous county in Verona, just behind Prince Lucás County and just ahead of Luisa County. It is the highest income county in both Verona and Cartadania as a whole by median family income. The county seat is Rosslyn, but the county is also home to Rainier. Santa Rosa County is part of the five-county Sierra–Lynnhaven–Twin Cities metropolitan statistical area, more commonly and officially known as the Palm Coast metropolitan area.
