It's esponsible for creating basic regulatory framework (pursuant to an act by a member nation of the League of Nations to affirmatively participate) for the preservation of the environment.
* Protected Lanes and Sea Lanes Authority
Created to manage the nature reserve territories, and shall be composed of several agencies. It consists of a maintenance agency, an ecosystem-based scientific agency, a medical agency for the benefit of those individuals in the reserve, and a security and police agency to protect the territory itself from hazards such as dumping, as well as to enforce a certain set of laws of those within the territory.
*Atomic Energy Comission
it's responsible for creating basic regulatory framework (pursuant to free participation) for use of nuclear energy in civilian applications, which shall include, but not be limited to, monitoring nations nuclear energy efforts in order to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons and ensure that nuclear efforts are dedicated to civilian use. It's also responsible for the creation of an organized international system of nuclear weapons disposal.
