Certi Resorts is an international luxury hospitality conglomerate based in Venceia, Caphiria. Established in 1971, it boasts a broad portfolio that includes over 50 hotels, resorts, luxury trains, ships, and restaurants. Since 2016, Vescor Hospitality has been majority owner of the company.

Certi Resorts was founded in 1971 by patrician Costavio Certi. Its origins trace back to the acquisition and restoration of Hotel Bonn in Sethsport, Faneria, which had suffered extensive damage due to the Bonn Hotel Bombing in 1956. The renovated hotel, reopened in 1975, featured state-of-the-art amenities, including an Olympic-sized swimming pool, Burgoignesc furnishings, and artworks from renowned artists. The success of this hotel paved the way for the company's rapid expansion across Levantia and Sarpedon. In 1997, Juno - the private corporate entity owned by business tycoons Alexandus Venio II and Sando Porza, acquired a 20% stake in the company. Following this, Certi Resorts introduced plans to expand and broaden the services offered and opened properties across the world. During the 2000s, Certi Resorts was involved in a proxy fight between Juno and Vescor, a luxury hotel and resort company under the Petalstone conglomerate. Vescor attempted to acquire Certi Resorts with a $850 million offer, which was immediately rejected as Juno had more voting power. In response, Juno increased its stake to 40% in a $3.2 billion cash deal, which allowed Certi to purchase large amounts of real estate. After Juno acquired the Petalstone Group in 2011, it established the Vescor Hospitality holding company and transferred its stake in Certi Resorts to the new entity. In 2016, Vescor Hospitality became the majority-owner of Certi Resorts after it increased its stake to 60% in a $1.4 billion cash deal.

Currently, Certi Resorts operates 40 hotels and 12 resorts worldwide. While initially concentrated in Levantia, the brand's properties have spread across various continents, catering primarily to the luxury segment of the hospitality market. In 1999, the company launched its luxury train services. These trains traverse scenic routes, with journeys ranging from 2 to 7 nights. Complementing its hotel operations, Certi Resorts owns 14 fine-dining restaurants. While most are integrated within their hotels and resorts, several standalone outlets offer gourmet experiences across Sarpedon.
