Kiowe Hurit-Souik, born Hurit-Stevens, is a Kelekonese-born leading member of the Council for a Free Crona and a well-known activist for native Cronan rights internationally. Born in 2001, his family evacuated to Arcerion (of which his mother was a citizen) during the Yellow Revolution in 2002, settling in a suburb of Presdale. He lived in Presdale until the age of 18, at which point he left the country to attend Maktalin National University in Kelekona, double-majoring in sociology and economics. He briefly worked as a bureaucrat for the Kelekonan central government before joining the CFC in 2026 in the wake of the Final War of the Deluge, and advocated heavily for the acceptance and Kelekonization of refugees in his home country. His stances on a number of political issues have made him a highly contentious figure in Crona.

His Kelekonan citizenship was revoked in 2028 for denouncing the central government on humanitarian principles, but Hurit remains a vocal supporter of the central government in Kelekona's ongoing civil conflicts. His Arcerine citizenship was revoked in 2029 for security reasons, which many political analysts and media personalities related to him blamed on his efforts to obtain better legal representation for mixed and native Cronan persons in Alstin and Arcerion as well as advocating for the return of Purepec to Varshan. Hurit-Souik remained stateless for several months until receiving Malokan citizenship on the request of the Fhainnin government, which hired him to liaise between the CFC and and the FCCO, an administrative body and think-tank devoted to Fhainnin involvement in Crona. Afterwards, he achieved a long-term political goal of securing the pardon of Jonathan Morris, a mestizo man falsely convicted of armed robbery in Arcerion in 2006.

On September 14, 2031, Hurit disappeared during a break for lunch from a meeting of the FCCO and several other NGOs in Teindún, Faneria. A Missing Person report was published on the 15th, with Hurit's belongings being left in his hotel room.
