Anaqua or Anaqua City (Coscivian: Saar-Anakúa) is the capital city of the Mid-Atrassic States and of its constituent Anaqua Territory.

As the capital city, Anaqua is home to the core governing institutions of the Mid-Atrassic States - the General Executive Council, the Legislative Conference, and the Northern bench of the Court of Revision. Kiravian government agencies operating in the MAS - most prominently the Overseas Governance Executive and Overseas Development Executive maintain major offices in Anaqua to oversee their Cronan field operations. Many humanitarian NGOs working in the MAS also have offices in Anaqua.

Government is the mainstay of Anaqua's economy, but the large population of Kiravian personnel in the city supports vibrant service and retail sectors. The city is also a regional logistical hub of growing importance.

Amboy Metroplex

The Amboy Metroplex (Coscivian: Vuthisarlentuv Ambôv) is a developing urban corridor at the head of Yordest Bay anchored by the cities of Port Amboy, Amboy City, and North Amboy. It straddles the provincial border of Perth Amboy Territory and South Amboy Territory.

East Rigo

East Rigo is the Kiravian-administered eastern half of the Rigo Joint Security Area, which encompasses the onetime capital city of the former Nanzitolclatl. It is the largest city in the Mid-Atrassic States by population, due largely to its absorption of a very large number of refugees during and after the Nanzitolclatl War.

About 60% of the population lives in unauthorised informal settlements, most of which have limited access to electricity, municipal plumbing, and other utilities.

Ix’xzotil

Ix'xzotil is one of the larger intact i̳ndigenous towns in the Mid-Atrassic States. It is of major religious significance as the focal point for worship of Xzibit.

Port Hyannis

Port Hyannis is the capital of the Chapatec Free State.
