The Overseas Governance Executive is the first-level executive agency responsible for the administration of Kiravia’s overseas territories. In territories subject to direct rule, the OGE is responsible for staffing, operating, and financing the local administration. In territories under chartered governments, the OGE engages in capacity-building work, auditing of public finances, policy research and evaluations, and election support. Its work is complementary to that of the Overseas Development Executive, which is responsible for the economic and social development of the overseas territories.
