The Polar Affairs Executive (Kiravic: Vekturora Xistórulnakansá) is the Collegiate executive that organises federal agencies and initiatives responsible for Kiravian Arctic and Antarctic policy, long-term climatic change planning, polar exploration, and the administration of some circumpolar territories.

Most of the PAE’s current budget is dedicated to the administration of the East Arctic Mandate and operation of the Arctic Icebreaker Fleet.
