Irasur Mérovin was born in Śadevârsten, Meridian Countyship, Xirya, and was raised in the nearby town of Irglūrev. His parents, Irasur and Sekatya Mérovin, were ethnic Saskan Coscivians with roots in Kensonia State and Sixua State.
