Coscivian Culture University is a Kiravian university located in Sviathasar, North Æonara.
Founded in 1942 by Prime Executive Séan Kæśek in collaboration with the exiled Imperial Academy of Scholars, CCU was established with a mission of conserving the ancient Coscivian academic tradition and fostering independent research in the Coscivian humanities, which Kæśek and the Academy viewed as having come under threat on the mainland from the academic Marxism of the Kiravian Union. The University provided fellowships to many emigré scholars during the Sunderance and was influential in shaping the educational policies and cultural ideology of the Kiravian Remnant.
Today, Coscivian Culture University is the largest individual university on Æonara and among the largest in the entire Federacy that is not part of a provincial public university system. It has a fully-developed multidisciplinary curriculum and is held in high regard as one of the Nation's most prestigious institutes of higher education.
