Ankama, Xentkáus

Xentkáus Ankama held the post of Lieutenant Executive for Mainland Affairs during the MacCozart and Kólsylvar administrations of the Kiravian Remnant. In this capacity, he was also ex officio Governor-in-exile of the non-state provinces (i.e. the mainland territories and the Interlake District) administered by the Kiravian Union but claimed by the Remnant. Under previous Remnant administrations these nominal governorships defaulted to the Lieutenant Executive for Mainland Affairs but were routinely doled out to prominent supporters by the Prime Executives as honours and sinecures. PE MacCozart was not fond of this practice and discontinued it, allowing all such governorships to revert to Ankama's office. During the 18th and 19th century it was not uncommon for capable administrators to be appointed as governor of several colonies in succession, nor for two or more neighbouring governorships to be vested in one man, but Ankama surpasses all such persons in terms of both total and simultaneous governorships held. A native of Sirana belonging to the Cyptovan Coscivian ethnic subgroup, Ankama is the second cousin of the late Tellestur Syroven who served as the Kiravian ambassador to the League of Nations. A graduate of the Coscivian Culture University, he is still alive as of April 2038 at the grand old age of 98.

He has been praised both for encouraging the pogroms and for taking measures to protect members of the targeted population. As of 2039 he is considered a viable candidate for the 2042 Prime Executive election, for which he has formed an exploratory committee.

Donnán Inbhir Àir was the first Emergency Backup Executive, the "successor of last resort" to the Prime Executure. An ethnic Gael, Inbhir Àir was raised in a monolingual Gaelic farming household in the Northeast Territory (Kirish Cusinaut) near the border with New Harren. One of his fifth-order great-grandfathers, Fodhoch mac Ghiolla D’Fhinnein (Foyok Kilỽinnin), was part of the 1688 AD Macféden Expedition. As allowed by the constitutional amendment creating his office, Inbhir Àir was appointed to the inaugural vacancy in May 1983 by PE Kólsylvar. Kexarin Rénkédar offered to keep the incumbent EBUE on his ticket for the 1988 election, but Inbhir Àir declined and instead took a senior position with the KOAC airline company. K

Koreıśin, D.M.

Dáud Múamat Koreıśin was the final Secretary-General of the Renaissance Party, at the helm when it was dissolved in 1996 in compliance with the Anti-Party Amendment that the Party itself had helped to pass. Koreıśin was born in 1933 in Province №3, South Kirav during the Civil War to a Coscivian Muslim family with a strong military tradition. Although his immediate family were fortunate to be among the military evacuees of 1935 and were resettled in an East Æonara quartering block later annexed to Prevarda, most of his near relatives remained on the Mainland after the war and were killed in the Renaissance-Islamic Insurgency or its aftermath. Koreıśin did his National Service tour in the KF Army Marine Corps and was subsequently inducted into the Military Academy, from which he graduated third in his class. As a Marine officer he saw action against Socialist forces in Sydona and was decorated; injuries sustained from a mine detonation forced his retirement at the rank of Major. He was offered a teaching position at the Academy, where he began undertaking academic research on topics related to the Kiravian Remnant's military readiness and the relation thereof to political economy and domestic policy. He also joined the Party during this time, and with the favour of influential Muslim Civil War veterans in its ranks he would secure a nomination to the Tævuon territorial legislature, where he served two terms. Thereafter, his career continued into several advisory positions of increasing importance, and a fellowship at the Federal Policy Institute, the Party's official think-tank. Koreıśin was known as an ideological stalwart with a seemingly inborn dedication to the Grand National Mission and the Principlist cause, which helped to advance his nomination to the Policy Committee. D.M. Koreıśin died in 2017 at the age of 84 in Prevarda.

L

Luatorkár, Cláudiuv

Cláudiuv Luatorkár (b. 1960 in Elegia) was the leader of the Green Party at the peak of its influence in the 1990s. His career ended in a personal scandal involving unnatural acts with livestock, which led to the collapse of the Greens as a consequential political force. Luatorkár denied all accusations and maintained that the scandal was a frame job and smear, a sentiment shared by a large minority of the Kiravian public. This measure of public sympathy nonwithstanding, the unrelenting shame of the scandal pushed Luatorkár to emigrate to Cartadania. He died in obscurity in Sierra at the age of 76.

A native of Bérasar and originally a building inspector by trade, Madikerin became a precinct captain for the Commonwealth Party and would eventually serve four terms on the Bérasar Board of Estimate before successfully seeking election to the State Stanora in 2022.

Menśevin, Írardus

Írardus Menśevin was a member of the Territorial Council of Kyllera and the primary author of the Constitution of Kyllera. An ethnic Kainan from the Pelerin Mountains of northern Province №7, Menśevin migrated to Kyllera as the result of an elabourate prank at his expense, but achieved modest success as a rancher despite the harsh conditions of the backwater province. It is not known when nor under what circumstances Menśevin entered the territorial legislature. Elections in that time and place were conducted by public show of hands, and it was common for election clerks to report only the victor and dispense with a vote tally. Menśevin was chosen to draft the proposed state constitution when Kyllera was to be elevated to statehood. He was chosen because he was the only legislator who could read and write High Coscivian. Menśevin is notable for coming down with the dreaded sweating sickness on the day his constitution was to be ratified; as was typical of the disease, his symptoms progressed rapidly, and Menśevin died in the Territorial Council chamber as the constitution was being voted on. Kylleran folklore accounts of the event differ and many a pub brawl has been fought over the matter, but the most common retelling maintains that Menśevin survived long enough to cast his own vote (presumably in favour), but expired before he could see the measure passed.

Pertamin, Vin

Vin Pertamin (b. 1939, Sar-i-Paul) was a Delegate to the Federal Stanora representing the state of West Æonara from 1982 thro' 1997. He was a member of the United Allegiance Society. Beginning in 1986, when the reunified Kiravian government was weighing changes to its conscription policy, Pertamin emerged as a prominent voice for retaining the National Service system and even expanding its scope to include women recruits and a larger civilian service component. Pertamin's case for continuing National Service was widely reprinted and found considerable public acceptance. Nonwithstanding this, conscription was suspended in 1988.

Previn, Lev

Lev Previn is the general secretary and national leader of the Party of Kiravian Democrats, and a member of the Citizen Assembly, the lower house of the Argévia state legislature. Originally a lowly landlord-tenant attorney working evictions, Previn became involved with the Pribyterian Church of Dodd during its early days in Escarda through a chance encounter with its founding prophet, W.D. von Oxnard. Previn assisted the Pribyterian Church with its business dealings and real estate transactions, and also helped to facilitate the relocation of its hierarchy to Pontevedra. Acting on a missive issued by von Oxnard shortly before his death, Previn took the lead in establishing the PKD as the political arm of the church. In 2024, Previn and 20 Pribyterian devotees took up residence in the small Argévian municipality of Lopantēn (population: 12), allowing the PKD to win all five seats on the municipal commission and elect Previn as municipal provost. Building on this early success, Previn oversaw a massive expansion campaign to raise the party's profile statewide and gain footholds in municipal and countyship governments of strategic importance to the Church of Dodd. In the 2030 legislative election, the PKD passed the 2% threshold for the first time, sending Previn to the Citizen Assembly.

According to the Federal Police, Vasiliximav fled Alba Concordia shortly after this revelation went public, and his whereabouts since 2017 are unknown.
