Government of Metzetta
The Government of Metzetta is responsible for running the country of Metzetta, and is headed by the Emperor.
Structure
The absolute head of state and government is the Emperor of Metzetta, whose family fill many of the highest-ranking offices of government. The government consists of 18 ministries. Ministries contain agencies which handle specific issues not directly administered by the ministry itself. Laws are passed by the 18 First Ministers on behalf of the Emperor.

Regional & Local Government
Each administrative division of Metzetta has an associated leader who delegates to those below them in order to enforce the policies and laws set by the cabinet. The 9 province-level cities are led by their mayors while the 16 provinces are lead by governors, each province or city will directly lead their own team of councillors who focus on specific topics such as education or sanitation who themselves delegate down to leaders of counties, prefectures, districts and neighbourhoods; in this way orders trickle down effectively from a relatively small team at the top of the government to the farthest and widest reaches of the empire. Jinju also has a team of officials working under the General Secretary.
