The Savatu Brotherhood (La: Fraternitas Savatu) is a criminal syndicate based in The Imperium of Caphiria but active internationally. It is the largest criminal organization in Caphiria with over 18,000 members. The Brotherhood's sole leader has been Semias Sephiran, who founded the organization in 1999 after he was sold into slavery as a child.
The Savatu Brotherhood are among the world's wealthiest gangsters, bringing in billions of dollars a year from extortion, gambling, the sex industry, arms trafficking, drug trafficking, real estate and construction kickback schemes. They are also involved in stock market manipulation and Internet pornography.
The headquarters of the Brotherhood located in Ugervigo, Voconia and is known as the palatium aurea (Palace of Gold) due to its extraordinary displays of wealth, ornate furnishings, and gold decor. The influence of the Brotherhood extends far from Caphiria as it has operations covering most of the continent of Ixnay, entering the northern part of Levantia, and into the arcto-kiravia region.
