The Warrington Strait is a narrow strait that connects the Songun Sea and the Malentine Sea and separates the Southeastern Cronan peninsula from the Southwestern. Ferries cross between the Arcer City of Chester-on-Moore and the Istrenyan city of Maak'eln every day in times as short as an hour. The strait's depth ranges at its deepest point from two hundred to eight hundred metres. The strait lies in the territorial waters of Arcerion and Istrenya, and under the League of Nations conventions on International Sea Traffic and Maritime Navigation all foreign vessels and aircraft have freedom of flight and navigation to cross the Strait in case of continuous transit.

The Arcer Heartland, when referring to the geographic and cultural region of Arcerion, is the central land area of the country, which encompasses most of Northlea Governorate. It does not border the Malentine Sea, but instead is cross-secitoned by the Innis, Leigh, and Cochrane Rivers. It is commonly used to refer to Arcerion's agricultural and cultural centre, and is a central theme in the national identity of Arcerion as seen in Arco Determinism. It is culturally rooted in agrarian lifestyles, traditional conservative values, and strong communal assistance.

Innis River Basin
The Innis River Basin comprises the area at the end of the Innis River where it meets the Malentine Sea. The Innis River, one of the largest freshwater rivers in Crona, flows into a lowland delta at the northern edge of Norham Governorate. Together with the Cochrane River, these two inland water features comprise a significant amount of fresh water used for agriculture, including farming, subsistence water, and used for hydroelectric power generation. The Innis River Basin also comprises some of the most arable and high-yield farmland in Crona due to the amount of minerals and nutrients in the lowland bogs and moors in this area. It was the scene of bitter fighting during the Fourth Bush War, where it was defended against Communist insurgents. The city of Dunborough sits on the edge of both the Innis and Cochrane Rivers, at the Southern edge of the basin. Due to the fresh water resources and strategic location on the Kelekonese border, the area is particularly important to Arcerion.

The Gibson Gap is an area between the Foxhey Islands and Kelekona. The islands closest to Arcerion and Kelekona have been the continued source of a sovereignty challenge to Arcerion, and the basis for the maritime and littoral clashes between the nations during multiple border conflicts in the 20th and 21st centuries. The Gibson Gap represents access to the strategically important Innis River Basin, as well as the fisheries and undersea cables that connect Arcerion to much of Central Crona. This, combined with the ability for Arcerion to blockade the Eastern portions of Kelekona during times of conflict, ensure that the Gibson Gap and the islands contained in the Northeastern Malentine Sea remain strategically important. The islands have been attacked, and sometimes occupied, on several occasions be Kelekona during the Fourth Bush War and border clashes, however the Armed Forces of Arcerion have had successive operations to retake sovereign territory. The islands also are a source of tourist income due to their natural beauty, renowned luxury resorts, and prestigious yacht clubs. They also allow access into the littoral and coastal areas of Northern Arcerion, and fed by the Innis River, are the key junction point between river barge economic traffic and larger international maritime commerce.
